The platform supports rapid coding of variable data, such as batch numbers, serial numbers, QR codes, barcodes and expiration dates, at a speed of up to 200 blisters per minute. It features low maintenance, with a stable negative pressure ink system and an internal ink circulation that prevents nozzle clogging and extends the equipment’s service life. Additionally, it can be seamlessly integrated into existing production control systems, reducing downtime and significantly improving the overall efficiency of blister packaging production.
